40 Penalties
(1)
Any penalty imposed by this Act or the regulations may be recovered in a summary manner before the Local Court.
(2)
Where the penalty is a daily penalty it may be recovered either under a separate information or complaint for each day or under an information or complaint for the sum of the daily penalties.
