21C Acts of guardian take effect as acts of person under guardianship
A decision made, an action taken and a consent given by a guardian under a guardianship order have effect as if—
(a)
the decision had been made, the action taken and the consent given by the person under guardianship, and
(b)
that person had the legal capacity to do so (if the person would have had that legal capacity but for his or her disability).
