25A Requested review not required in certain cases
Despite section 25 (2) (a), the Tribunal may refuse a request to review a guardianship order if—
(a)
in the opinion of the Tribunal, the request does not disclose grounds that warrant a review, or
(b)
the Tribunal has previously reviewed the order.
