25J Subsequent applications
(1)
A person may be the subject of an application under section 25I whether or not the person has previously been the subject of such an application.
(2)
The Tribunal may make a financial management order in respect of a person whose capability to manage his or her own affairs has previously been considered by the Tribunal even though there may have been no change in that capability since it was last considered by the Tribunal.
