14 Staff of HRNSW
(1)
HRNSW may employ such other staff as it requires to exercise its functions.
(2)
HRNSW may fix the salary, wages and other conditions of staff employed under subsection (1) (including the chief executive officer of HRNSW) in so far as they are not fixed by or under any other Act or law.
(3)
The Government Sector Employment Act 2013 does not apply to or in respect of staff employed under subsection (1).
(4)
HRNSW may engage consultants for the purposes of obtaining expert advice.
