121B Employer of senior executives
For the purposes of this Part, the person who is authorised to exercise the employer functions of the Government of New South Wales in relation to a NSW Health Service senior executive is referred to in this Part as the employer of the executive.
Note.
The Health Secretary is the employer of Health Service senior executives, except that—
the employer of the chief executive of a local health district or of a specialty network governed health corporation is the board of the district or corporation, and
the employer of the other senior executives of any such district or corporation is the chief executive of the district or corporation.
