44 Consequential and transitional provisions on the making of orders

Schedule 4 has effect with respect to orders made under this Part.
(2)
An order under this Part may contain provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of or made under Schedule 4, of a savings and transitional nature consequent on the making of the order.
