Heavy Vehicle (Adoption of National Law) Regulation 2022

In this section, a reference to a provision of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (NSW) is a reference to the provision as in force immediately before the commencement of the Heavy Vehicle National Law Amendment Act 2025 of Queensland that continues to apply in relation to an existing heavy vehicle accreditation by operation of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (NSW), section 761.
