3 Modification of the operation of Pt 3.3 of the Law pending the commencement of s 84 of the Law—s 755 of the Law
(1)
The purpose of this section is to modify the operation of Part 3.3 of the Law pending the commencement of section 84 of the Law.
Note—
See section 4 for the expiry of this Regulation.
(2)
Part 3.3 of the Law applies to any modification of a heavy vehicle, including the addition of components to, or the removal of components from, the vehicle.
