33 Offences under this Part
A person must not, without lawful excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a requirement made of the person under this Part.
A person must not furnish any information or do any other thing in purported compliance with a requirement made under this Part, knowing that it is false or misleading in a material respect.
A person must not wilfully—
obstruct, delay, hinder, assault, threaten, insult or intimidate an authorised officer in the exercise of the authorised officer’s powers under this Part, or
refuse to allow an authorised officer to enter any premises the authorised officer may lawfully enter under this Part.
A person must not impersonate an authorised officer.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
