46 Regulations
The Governor may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, for or with respect to any matter that by this Act is required or permitted to be prescribed or that is necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.
In particular, the regulations may—
require holders of licences to keep records for the purposes of this Act and to provide reports to the Secretary on such matters as may be prescribed by the regulations, and
make provision for the charging of annual licence fees and other fees associated with the administration of the licensing scheme under this Act (including provision for the payment of such fees by instalments), and
make further provision for or with respect to the suspension, renewal and transfer of licences.
The regulations may create offences punishable by a penalty not exceeding 50 penalty units.
