105A Heritage Incentive Fund
(1)
There is to be a Fund called the Heritage Incentive Fund, which is to be administered by the Minister.
(2)
There is to be paid into the Heritage Incentive Fund any money appropriated by Parliament for the purposes of that Fund.
(3)
There may be paid out of the Heritage Incentive Fund money required to pay for the financial assistance provided or arranged by the Minister under section 45 (Financial and other assistance).
