114 Acquisition of personal property by corporation
The corporation may, in respect of an item of the environmental heritage vested in it, acquire, by lease, purchase or exchange, personal property—
(a)
which is associated with and contributes to the significance of that item as an item of the environmental heritage, or
(b)
which is required for the purpose of restoring, enhancing, furnishing or decorating that item.
