168 Liability of members of Heritage Council etc
No matter or thing done by the Heritage Council or a person, being a member of the Heritage Council, a person acting under the direction of the Heritage Council or a person acting as a delegate under section 169, shall, if the matter or thing was done in good faith for the purposes of executing this or any other Act, subject the person to any action, liability, claim or demand.
A person aggrieved as a consequence of the issue to the person of a certificate under section 167 shall be deemed to be a person deeming himself or herself to have a just claim or demand against the Crown within the meaning of the Crown Proceedings Act 1988.
