Section 70 does not apply to an applicant who is dissatisfied with a determination of a kind referred to in that section in relation to an application concerning an item at Walsh Bay.

Section 76 does not apply to an applicant referred to in that section who, but for this subclause, would have a right of appeal arising from the making of a prescribed application (within the meaning of section 56) in respect of the doing or carrying out of an act, matter or thing at Walsh Bay.
