19 The Sydney Institute of Education
(1)
The property of the Sydney CAE that relates to the Sydney Institute of Education is vested in the University of Sydney (subject to any trusts or conditions subject to which it was held immediately before the commencement of this section) to be applied by the University for the purposes for which the University is established.
(2)
The University of Sydney has the control and management of land that was under the control and management of the Sydney CAE in relation to the Sydney Institute of Education immediately before the commencement of this section.
