130A Register of rectification orders and stop work orders
(1)
The Secretary must keep the following information in a register and make the information publicly available—
(a)
copies of rectification orders under section 49B and stop work orders under section 129 that are in force,
(b)
other information prescribed by the regulations.
(2)
In this section—
publicly available means available for inspection free of charge by the public on a website kept by the Secretary.
