15 Insurance policies
(1)
The provisions of the Builders Licensing Act 1971, as in force immediately before its repeal, apply to and in respect of each house purchaser’s agreement and trade indemnity agreement entered into by the Corporation and in force immediately before that repeal.
(2)
This clause has effect subject to clauses 25–29.
