152 Dissolution of Advisory Council
(1)
The Home Building Advisory Council is dissolved on the repeal of Part 7B of this Act by the Fair Trading Legislation Amendment (Reform) Act 2018.
(2)
A person who held office as a member of the Home Building Advisory Council immediately before the repeal of Part 7B and Schedule 5 is not entitled to compensation or remuneration because of the dissolution of the Home Building Advisory Council.
