35 Rejection of applications on financial grounds
(1)
Section 20, as amended by the amending Act, does not apply to an application for a licence or for renewal of a licence made but not determined before the commencement of the amendment.
(2)
Section 40, as amended by the amending Act, does not apply to an application for renewal or restoration of an authority made but not determined before the commencement of the amendment.
