46A Lending of authority prohibited
(1)
The holder of an authority must not let out, hire or lend the authority to any other person or permit any other person to use the authority.
Maximum penalty—1,000 penalty units in the case of a corporation and 200 penalty units in any other case.
(2)
A court that convicts a person for an offence under this section is to order the cancellation of the authority concerned. The authority is cancelled on the making of the order.
