1 Persons to whom Schedule applies
This Schedule applies to a person who—
(a)
is employed by a private corporation in which the Corporation has acquired an interest under section 61, and
(b)
immediately before being so employed was an employee of the Department or the Corporation, and
(c)
was, at any time while being employed by the Department or Corporation, a member of or contributor to STC scheme.
