15 Delegations
The Corporation may delegate to a person the exercise of any of its functions, other than this power of delegation.
A delegate of the Corporation may sub-delegate to a person any function delegated by the Corporation if the delegate is authorised to do so by the Corporation.
The Secretary may delegate to a person employed in the Department, or to the Corporation, the exercise of any of the Secretary’s functions under this Act (including any function delegated to the Secretary under this section), other than this power of delegation.
A delegate of the Secretary may sub-delegate to a person employed in the Department any function delegated by the Secretary if the delegate is authorised to do so by the Secretary.
