18 General powers of Corporation in relation to land vested in Corporation
For the purposes of this Act and subject to this Act, the Corporation may, in relation to land vested in the Corporation—
control and manage the land, and
subject to such terms and conditions as it thinks fit, sell, lease, exchange or otherwise dispose of or deal with the land and grant easements or rights-of-way over the land or any part of that land, and
demolish any building on the land of which it has exclusive possession, and
provide or relocate, or arrange for the provision or relocation of, utility services to or in relation to the land, and
subdivide and re-subdivide the land and consolidate subdivided or re-subdivided land, and
set out and construct roads on the land, and
erect, alter, repair or renovate buildings on the land or make other improvements to the land, and
cause any other work to be done on or in relation to the land for the purpose of rendering it fit to be used for any purpose for which it may be used under any environmental planning instrument within the meaning of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 applying to the land.
