40 Corporation may assist in obtaining a house
(1)
The Corporation may advance money to a person or on the person’s behalf to enable the person to erect a house on land owned by the person.
(2)
The Corporation may erect a house for a person on land owned by the person.
(3)
The Corporation may advance money to a person or on a person’s behalf to enable the person to purchase a house.
