Definition of “public authority”

Current

For the purposes of paragraph (g) of the definition of public authority in section 3 (1) of the Act the following are declared to be a body within that definition—

(a)

each affiliated health organisation and statutory health corporation,

(b)

each reserve trust established under the Crown Lands Act 1989 in relation to a reserve or part of a reserve that is dedicated or reserved for the purposes of a public cemetery or crematorium or a related purpose.
