146E Matters concerning injured workers
(1)
The Commission may only deal with an industrial matter referred to in section 6(2)(e1) in relation to an employee if the employee is not a national system employee within the meaning of the Fair Work Act 2009 of the Commonwealth.
(2)
The Commission does not have the power under this Act to compensate an employee for a workplace injury unless otherwise permitted by this Act.
