19 Transfer of interests in land
(1)
A withdrawal order may specify an interest in relation to land to be vested in the new State organisation without transferring the whole of the interests of the CFMEU NSW in the land.
(2)
If the interest transferred is not a separate interest, the withdrawal order operates to create the interest transferred on the terms specified in the order.
