342 Registers to be kept
The Industrial Registrar is to keep a register of associations of employing contractors, a register of associations of contract drivers and a register of associations of contract carriers that are to be open to inspection by any person at the office of the Industrial Registrar at all times when that office is open for business.
A certificate purporting to be signed by the Industrial Registrar and purporting to contain a copy of a recording made in a register kept under this section—
is admissible in evidence in any proceedings under this Act, and
is evidence of the matters specified in the certificate, and
until the contrary is proved, is to be considered to be a true and correct copy of the recording.
