In relation to the tariff classification applicable to ministers of religion (Rate No 784) note that clauses 17 and 18 of Schedule 1 to the Workplace Injury Management and Workers Compensation Act 1998 provide special procedures by which ministers of religion may be treated as workers for the purposes of the Act.
