4 Existing assistance applications
(1)
An application for funding from existing development funds made, but not finally determined, before the funds are paid into the Jobs for NSW Fund is to be determined as if it were a proposal made under this Act.
(2)
The applicant may, at the request of Jobs for NSW or on the applicant’s initiative, amend the application for the purposes of this Act.
