Use of certain land at Cooranbong

(1)

This clause applies to land identified as “Cooranbong Area 2” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2)

Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—

(a)

a highway service centre,

(b)

a shop with a floor area not exceeding 250m²,

(c)

a subdivision into no more that 2 lots of any size that separates the site of the highway service centre and its access ramps from adjoining rural and environmental land and is not for the purposes of the erection of a dwelling.
