12 Person liable to pay contribution
The person liable to be assessed for contribution in respect of any land is, where the land becomes liable for contribution as a consequence of—
its being disposed of as referred to in paragraph (a) of subsection (3) of section 7—the vendor or party referred to in that paragraph,
its being disposed of as referred to in paragraph (b) of that subsection—the applicant referred to in that paragraph,
its being disposed of as referred to in paragraph (c) of that subsection—the transferor or conveyor referred to in that paragraph,
its being disposed of as referred to in paragraph (d) of that subsection—the applicant referred to in that paragraph,
its being disposed of as referred to in paragraph (e) of that subsection—the transferor or conveyor referred to in that paragraph,
its being disposed of as referred to in paragraph (f) of that subsection—the person referred to in that paragraph, and
the granting of a development consent—the applicant for that consent.
