51 Record of valuations
(1)
The Valuer-General shall keep a record of valuations under this Part in such form as the Valuer-General determines and shall include therein such particulars as the Valuer-General considers appropriate.
(2)
The record kept for the purposes of subsection (1) may, without limiting the generality of that subsection, be kept by making use of a computer so that a visual record of valuations is produced by operating the computer.
