50 Use of drug detection dogs in authorised places—prescribed bus routes
For the purposes of section 148(1)(c) of the Act, the following public passenger vehicle routes are prescribed—
(a)
the Albury route, being the bus route that is—
(i)
between Albury and Sydney, and
(ii)
via Goulburn and the Hume Highway,
(b)
the Grafton route, being the bus route that is—
(i)
between Grafton and Sydney, and
(ii)
via Kempsey and the Pacific Highway.
