13 Provisions of part apply only if regulations or Ministerial order provide
A provision of this part, other than section 38, does not apply in relation to a major event unless a Ministerial order declares that the provision applies.
Section 38 does not apply in relation to a major event unless a regulation declares that the section applies.
A provision of this part applies only—
during the major event, or
for section 38—during a shorter period prescribed by the regulations in relation to the section, or
for another provision of this part—during a shorter period specified in the Ministerial order in relation to the provision.
