2 Regulations to which this Schedule applies
This Schedule applies to the following regulations—
(a)
a regulation under section 12 (1) (a) dissolving a major event authority,
(b)
a regulation under section 12 (1) (b) changing the name of a major event authority,
(c)
a regulation under section 12 (1) (c) (i) changing the nature of governance of a major event authority from board governance to chief executive governance,
(d)
a regulation under section 12 (1) (d) amalgamating 2 or more major event authorities.
