126 Pending proceedings
(1)
Proceedings commenced before a warden that have not been disposed of before the abolition date are to be dealt with by that person as if the 2008 amending Act had not been enacted and as if that person were still a warden.
(2)
Proceedings commenced before a Warden’s Court that have not been disposed of before the abolition date are to be dealt with by a Local Court as if the 2008 amending Act had not been enacted and as if that Court were a Warden’s Court.
