12A Definitions
In this Division—
mining land means any land the subject of a mining lease or mineral claim.
owner in relation to a mine or mining land, means a person—
(a)
who is authorised (whether under a mining lease or mineral claim or otherwise) to mine for minerals in or on the mine or mining land, or
(b)
who is entitled to receive any minerals recovered from the mine or mining land.
