135 Application of sections 218B and 235F
(1)
Section 218B (as inserted by the Personal Property Securities Legislation Amendment Act 2010) applies only in relation to mineral claims granted or renewed after the commencement of the section.
(2)
Section 235F (as inserted by the Personal Property Securities Legislation Amendment Act 2010) applies only in relation to opal prospecting licences granted after the commencement of the section.
