156 Existing consents and pending applications
(1)
An application for the consent of the Minister under section 13 (3) made before the commencement of section 13 (3A) and relating to coal is to be dealt with as if the 2015 amending Act had not been enacted.
(2)
Section 13 (3) continues to apply (as if the 2015 amending Act had not been enacted) to and in respect of an application for an exploration licence, or assessment lease, for coal for which the consent of the Minister is in force immediately before the commencement of section 13 (3A) or that is given after that commencement pursuant to an application for consent made before that commencement.
