16 Application of Division
This Division applies—
(a)
in relation to a mining lease for a mineral or minerals, to land for which development consent is not required before the land may be used for the purpose of obtaining minerals, and
(b)
in relation to a mining lease for an ancillary mining activity or activities only, to land for which development consent is not required before the land may be used for that activity or those activities.
