201 Determination of application for transfer of mineral claim
(1)
After considering an application for transfer of a mineral claim, the Secretary—
(a)
may transfer the mineral claim, or
(b)
may refuse the application.
(2)

(4)
A mineral claim may not be transferred to a person if the person would consequently become the holder of more mineral claims than the maximum number allowed by this Act.
