214 Charges on mining leases to secure unpaid royalties and other amounts
(1)
A royalty liability referred to in section 292YA may include any royalty liability existing on and from the day on which the amending Act commences.
(2)
A security deposit liability referred to in section 292YA may include any security deposit liability existing on and from the day on which the amending Act commences.
