240E Fee
(1)
The purpose of this section is to enable the recovery of the administrative costs of preparing and issuing a direction under this Division (not including a direction that varies an earlier direction under this Division).
(2)
A person to whom a direction is issued must within 30 days pay the fee prescribed by the regulations to the Secretary.
(3)
A fee payable under this section is a debt due to the Crown and is recoverable in a court of competent jurisdiction.
