279 Compensation not payable on consolidation
(1)
Compensation is not payable under this Part in respect of the grant of a consolidated mining lease.
(2)
Any compensation to which a person is entitled under this Part in respect of the grant of an existing lease that is consolidated under Part 6 is to be assessed or agreed on and paid as if the existing lease had not been consolidated.
