378EA Aiding and abetting commission of offence
A person who—
(a)
causes or permits the commission of an offence against this Act or the regulations, or
(b)
aids, abets, counsels or procures another person to commit an offence against this Act or the regulations, or
(c)
attempts to commit an offence against this Act or the regulations, or
(d)
conspires to commit an offence against this Act or the regulations,
is guilty of that offence and liable to the penalty prescribed by this Act or the regulations in relation to that offence.
