378ZFG Withdrawal or variation of enforceable undertaking
(1)
A person who has made an enforceable undertaking may at any time, with the written agreement of the Secretary—
(a)
withdraw the undertaking, or
(b)
vary the undertaking.
(2)
However, the provisions of the undertaking cannot be varied to provide for a different alleged contravention of the Act.
(3)
The Secretary must publish, and make public, the following—
(a)
notice of the withdrawal of an enforceable undertaking,
(b)
notice and a copy of the variation of an enforceable undertaking.
