66 Survey of land to be carried out
(1)
Before a mining lease is granted, the Secretary must be satisfied that the land over which the mining lease is to be granted has been properly surveyed.
(2)
For the purpose of doing so, the Secretary may direct the applicant for the mining lease to cause a survey to be prepared in accordance with such requirements as may be specified in the direction.
