9 Continuing obligation to provide reports
(1)
The obligation of the holder of a relevant licence to provide a report under section 163C continues despite the cancellation of the licence under this Schedule.
(2)
A reference in section 163C—
(a)
to an authorisation includes a reference to a relevant licence cancelled by this Schedule, or
(b)
to the holder of an authorisation includes a reference to a former holder of such a relevant licence.
